After taking a more serious look at our guiding principles a few things became clear to me. Our mottos are very reminiscent of our personalities and team roles. We have an interdependence to each other and our diversity is key to our success. TeamPAR is comprised of a group of professionals varied in education, hobbies, age and beliefs. Our respect and need for each other makes the team stronger.
