Since our inception, TeamPAR has always been a woman-owned, small business in the commercial real estate flooring and design field. Over the years we have sought out and become active in organizations that share our focus and desire to better our company and our industry. Our current affiliations enable us to enhance our knowledge and skills so that we can deliver greater value to our clients and to our operations.
WPO (Women’s Presidents Organization), Morris County Chapter: This organization offers membership to female entrepreneurs who have proven to be successful in their respective industries. Best practices are confidentially discussed which helps ensure TeamPAR is always growing in a healthy manner.
IFMA (International Facility Managers Association): This international organization educates us in the challenges facility managers are faced with daily. Through lectures, facility tours and member networking opportunities, TeamPAR is able to collect data that helps our clients solve their building needs. Our education removes their burden and ensures cost and time efficient solutions are achieved.
CREW-NJ (Commercial Real Estate Women): This national organization promotes women in real estate and enables regional and national real estate trends to be discussed. TeamPAR is able to share this new found knowledge with our clients as they make move management decisions. TeamPAR can also make qualified referrals to add value to our clients, simplifying their needs.
ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), Industry Partner: Design, product advancements, space planning and color trends are ever changing and key to TeamPAR’s continual education. It is important to ensure TeamPAR remains current and on the cutting edge so our clients facilities look fresh and are of the most efficient and practical usage.
HCANJ(Health Care Association of NJ): Founded in 1949, this organization promotes the highest quality if health care services to residents in NJ’s long term care facilities. As a member, TeamPAR ensures it remains current in all legislation and regulatory issues that affect these facilities and listens to the concerns of the facility administrators at peer networking and professional development opportunities offered throughout the year. Our goal is to add value through cost controlled design and efficient business practices to our elderly care community clients through thoughtfully planned renovations – big and small.
DAC (Delbarton Arts Council): The Delbarton Arts Council supports the arts at Delbarton by encouraging and recognizing participants in the arts, both students and faculty members; by highlighting art-related events and programs; and by serving as a forum for new ideas to promote the arts in the Delbarton community. The arts council encourages the integration of arts-related activities into Delbarton life. DAC fosters the Delbarton philosophy and tradition of Benedictine learning to develop the whole person in spirit, mind, and body, and as a member of the community. DAC supports the commitment of a balanced “renaissance” education that encompasses the arts as well as academic pursuits and encourages all Delbarton students to observe, enjoy and participate in the arts.
