1995The philosophy of “Caring is Sharing” began…. 1% of PAR Corporation, Inc. gross sales was donated to 5 pre-determined charities.
1997PAR Corporation, Inc. received its WBE & SBE Certifications from the State of NJ. Sales were growing and the duo gained confidence to move into the commercial arena.
1999PAR Corporation, Inc. created its d/b/a of PAR Flooring, Inc. and Karen Rossilli-Kiefer quit her “day job” to become President of PAR Flooring, Inc. full time.
1999Karen Rossilli-Kiefer joined CREW-NJ and started to network in earnest to strategically obtain PAR Flooring, Inc. first major goal to move focus away from Public Projects and create a Project Management, Senior Living, Hospital and Private School following.
2000PAR Flooring, Inc. started its annual toy drive to benefit JBWS.
2002The focused practice of “Value Engineering” was established and offered to PAR Flooring, Inc. clients free of charge to increase their ROI while decreasing their initial construction costs and long-term maintenance costs. PAR Flooring, Inc. became known as “The Educated Dealer” in the industry.
2004(and again in 2011): Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was awarded the Star Performer award by CREW-NJ for her philanthropic accomplishments.
2007PAR Flooring, Inc. moved from a small rented office in Verona to 140 Washington Street in Morristown! A true flooring library was established in a building that we purchased.
2009PAR Flooring, Inc. moved away from cold bidding and working for many GC’s and started to focus its efforts on servicing Project and Facility Managers directly, since these people truly valued PAR’s product knowledge and proven methods to stretching their dollars during an uncertain economy.
2010PAR Flooring, Inc. started to publish newsletters to share their product knowledge and establish their social media footprint.
2012Pat Rossilli, CEO Emeritus, retired from PAR Flooring, Inc. and it was an end of an era.
2012Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was selected to join the WPO (Women Presidents Organization, Morris County Chapter). This confidential “think tank” has benefited both clients and employees associated with PAR because it has enabled PAR to grow, expand and think out of the box, smartly.
2012Alexa Varro joined IFMA-NJ to spread PAR’s brand and services and network with like-minded individuals in CRE.
2013TeamPAR was born! PARsolutions was added to the PARflooring family. PAR listened to its clients requests who regularly were asking for PAR to solve all of their commercial interior needs.
2014Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was chosen by Enterprising Women’s Magazine as an award recipient as one of the 2014 Enterprising Women of the Year.
2014Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was chosen as a Top 150 Finalist and then one of the 25 Winners by Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE) in NJ for her leadership and steady company growth.
2014TeamPAR started to post blogs on LinkedIn and increase our voice on trends, new products and solutions being offered in the CRE marketplaces.
2015NJBIZ ran a story on TeamPAR: Flooring Experts with an Eye for Design.
2015Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was chosen to receive the Women of Distinction Award by PWC (Professional Women in Construction) for breaking barriers and undoing stereotypes in CRE in NJ.
2016Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was chosen to receive the Mary A. Mulholland Service Award by Boy Scouts of America at their annual tribute luncheon for her leadership and community involvement.
2016Karen Rossilli-Kiefer was chosen by Brava Magazine to receive one of their Smart CEO NJ Brava awards.
2017PAR is on the move again! PAR bought a bigger building and hired two new employees this year to ensure the needs of their clients are gracefully met.
2017TeamPAR was awarded the CREW-NJ Outstanding Philanthropic Dedication Award for their 17 years of dedication for the JBWS!
2018TeamPAR owner, Karen Rossilli-Kiefer, earns her FMP credentials, certified by IFMA.
