On October 11, 2019, members of TeamPAR and Wilsonart teamed up for IIDA of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware Chapter’s 6th Annual Fashion Meets Finish show at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. This year’s theme was “The Art of the In-Between” and “PAR:art” worked their tails off to create the most majestic garment to walk the runway.
To PAR:art, The Art of the In-Between reflects the beauty in the decay. Picture the transformation that takes place at the exact moment that barren trees bloom or autumn leaves turn from beautiful to monstrous; all forms of living decay. Life and growth are balanced by death and decay and our Bohemian Monarch becomes Biologically Extinct.
As TeamPAR’s intern, Madelyn LeFrois, walked the catwalk to the tune of Nightshade by the Lumineers, the audience was struck by the attention to detail from costume to makeup to stroll along the catwalk.
