The fourth quarter of 2022 is upon us. Typically, we would be helping our clients find unique ways to stretch their “use it or lose it dollars” before year end, but in this post-covid world the mission has changed.

As published by JLL, 55% of employees are already working in some hybrid fashion and this arrangement is here to stay. Talent is looking for flexibility, but it is critical that employees still physically come together in the workplace for collaboration, comradery, training, mentorship, and vision. Idea creation and innovation will suffer, along with career paths, if companies do not nurture their culture. The quality of the office environment matters. It requires more than just top-notch technology (and good ventilation).

Creating and maintaining revenue is always the priority and it is easier to achieve if your team is steady, focused, and strong. A positive office environment provides the backbone for teamwork, and though it may be changing, it is not disappearing anytime soon.
