#1 LokDots by Shaw Industries: What are They?

Innovations are commonplace these days in the commercial flooring industry.  This is driven by the marketplaces desire to be “green” and also the need to find cost effective solutions for aging buildings.  LokDots is a “cool” innovation that is green & solves sub floors issues in moisture ridden or aging buildings.  Instead of using a full-spread, pressure sensitive adhesive for carpet tile, LokDots are applied through a hand-held applicator and provides the following benefits:

PARflooring was hired to renovate McClintock Hall Dormitories @ Drew University this summer and we utilized this new system along with Patcraft flooring materials.  We encountered some moisture in lower level rooms and were able to proceed without fear.  The system was time efficient and user-friendly since the rooms were furnished and allowed for immediate occupancy.  Science meeting the needs of facility management on a budget…. Fantastic!
